This bottle is part of the 'Vini Tradizionali' line, expressions that reflect the philosophy of the estate with simplicity and naturalness, made starting from the grapes harvested in the younger vineyards. In particular, for the Cabernet Sauvignon, low yields are maintained and strong defoliation is implemented, so as to favor the optimal ripening of the berries. The wine has an intense ruby ​​red colour. The nose perceives aromas of red fruits and fresh flowers, combined with pleasant typically varietal herbaceous sensations. Round and tasty on the palate, with an elegant smooth tannic texture that guides the persistent finish on the olfactory notes.
