There are no fixed percentages for this blend, each vintage has a different equilibrium point, and each equilibrium has, in turn, different premises. With the three most representative white vines of the company's history Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in tonneau, we aim to consolidate the company style through a top wine, capable of embodying the production philosophy and capable of express that balance between the vines and the place of production, the true greatness of a wine.
